Suzy is a growth-stage ($16M Series C) SaaS company based in New York City, and we’re looking for a proven leader to build our digital marketing team.

As Senior Manager of Revenue Operations you will take ownership of scaling the revenue team’s productivity through operational excellence.

You will combine your deep understanding of sales processes, systems, and technology with analysis and data-driven decision making to improve efficiency and optimize productivity.

You will be responsible for the data management, configuration updates, process documentation/improvement and the overall health of the Salesforce system.

Note that the Suzy team will continue working from home until it is safe to return to a brand new lower Manhattan office in 2021.

Own day to day operations of the Salesforce platform, supporting 80 users and growing Integrate with other tools such as the Suzy proprietary software, Salesloft, Insight Squared, Power BI, etc Support of the application including managing user set up, profiles, objects, workflows, fields, page layouts and validations Manage data integrations Produce analytics that are easy to be consumed by teams and leadership Troubleshoot, triage, and fix issues as they come up Provide user support, training and materials to all end users Take ownership of the processes and technology stack supporting the full revenue funnel (marketing, sales, client success) Improve productivity between marketing, sales, and client success by building and improving process Manage our evolving technology stack
– optimizing current technology as well as evaluating, recommending and implementing new technologies.

Provide visibility and performance tracking to the business by helping to build, maintain, and improve our data and reporting foundation in partnership with department owners.

Define and executive projects spanning systems, data management, process automation, data validation, lead generation, and process and tool implementation.

Create, maintain, and present documentation including rules of engagement, pricing, and process maps to ensure adherence to internal policies.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Business, or comparable field of study 4 years of Business / Sales / Marketing / Revenue Operations experience in a SaaS startup environment.

Expert proficiency level with Salesforce Strong attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills, proven track record of building strong relationships.

Desired Qualifications: Experience with sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Outreach, etc.) Experience with marketing automation tools (Act-On, Marketo, Pardot etc.) Proficiency with BI tools (MS Excel, Power BI, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, R, Tableau, Looker, etc.) Suzy puts the voice of your consumer at your fingertips.
