We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nurse Manager.

In this role, the successful candidate Responsible and accountable for establishing and maintaining standards of practice and performance, directing, facilitating and evaluating work performance of all personnel within a defined patient care area, and maximizing patient outcomes on a 24-hour basis.

Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a Bachelor’s Degree Nursing.

Registered Nurse License-NYS.

– 5 years Clinical Nursing experience in an acute environment.

Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, organization, critical thinking, problem solving, and leadership skills.

Basic computer skills.

Required Licenses: Registered Nurse License-NYS Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree Nursing or related field.

As per individual area/unit, Certification in clinical and/or nurse executive specialty recommended.

– 2 years Leadership or supervisory experience.

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
