Oswego Health is seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician(s) to join one of our outpatient based Primary Care Practices.
The ideal candidate would be interested in participating and contributing to a collegial and patient centered environment while supporting key clinical initiatives such as EMR scripting and population health management.

Responsibilities: Treating established and post-operative patients in the office setting Manage patient base to assure continuity of care Performing minor procedures Support Advanced Practice Providers as needed Participating in an equitable amount of practice call.
