There are no current IntelyCare jobs in New York at this time, though we expect to arrive sometime in 2020.

What You’ll Do: Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in a nursing home environment.
Record patient histories, perform various diagnostic tests, administer medications, and develop patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals.
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as necessary.
Observe patient progress and record observations in patient medical records.
Document patient interactions as needed.
Typically report to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Requirements: Requires graduation from an approved nursing program.
Requires applicable Registered Nurse (RN) state license.
Minimum 6 months experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital setting.
Pass a state-required background check.
