Seeking a high-level Receptionist to be responsible for the following: Greet and welcome guests promptly as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Schedule meetings/appointments as needed.
Manage online calendars.
Maintain conference rooms, restock supplies as needed.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Perform other office duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, and faxing as needed.
Qualifications& Experience: Strong PC skills; Macintosh user a plus; not required.
Ability to multi-task and organizational skills are essential Excellent communication skills required.
2-years degree or equivalent work experience.
