IMMEDIATE LONG -TERM CONTRACT FOR A SENIOR DATA ANALYST WITH TABLEAU EXPERIENCE with a client in Long Island (New Hyde Park), NY REQUIRES working on site in Long Island after Cornavirus passes Client is a leading organic and natural products company SENIOR DATA ANALYST The role will play a key role in setting up, analyzing, reporting and managing KPIs, which will significantly help support the client s data and analytics driven culture.
The role entails planning, designing implementing dashboards and data visualization in TableauPower BIBO to meet the needs of the Supply Chain Organization.
The candidate will also be required to interact with multiple stakeholders to understand business and data requirements and interactively design visualizations for initial concepts and prototypes that can be presented to Supply chain leaders for feedback.
Client is seeking someone with a Finance meets IT background
– more of a Data analyst who can look at different kinds of data clean and analyze and who enjoys data analysis.
Client is looking for a seasoned Tableau person for our Supply Chain Finance department (Tableau Guru but more on the Financial side vs.
ITtechnical side).
Strong Tableau, expert Excel, SQL, Business Objects and MS Power BI.
Qualifications real passion for data, knowledge and visualization Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, or a related field At least 2 years of Tableau experience focusing on development and delivery of strong visual dashboards to find trends and patterns in data.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI and or BusinessObjects Excel Expertise Preferred Skills Excellent analytical skills this person is often asked for help for diagnosing data dashboard issues.
SQL experience or other general database technologies.
