Ref ID: 31000-9502588495 Classification: Bookkeeper Compensation: $45000.00 to $65000.00 yearly A Robert Half Direct client is seeking a Financial Coordinator/Bookkeeper to join their team at an Orthodontic office.

In this position, you will be presenting financial arrangements to patients so it’s important to be well-spoken and inspire confidence in patients.

You will work closely with our accountant providing information as necessary.

You will be responsible for all financial activity of the practice including the: General ledger Accounts payable and accounts receivable Budgeting Patient contracts Job Requirements: 2 years of working experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable, Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Monthly report reconciliations with QuickBooks, and Preparations of PFS, P&L and BS.
