– Associates Degree
– BLS/AED Certification from AHA (current)
– NYS Registered Nurse License

Position Requirements: NYS RN License, BLS and recent Med/Surg RN experience required or Previous Home Care experience preferred.
Bilingual-English/Spanish preferred.
Must have reliable transportation to and from patient’s homes.
BLS is required.
Position Responsibilities: Assesses the physical, social, spiritual, cultural, and psychological status of patients of all ages.
Develops nursing care plans, establishes appropriate measurable goals.
