The Bridgebio company mission is to find, develop and deliver breakthrough medicines for genetic diseases to patients as quickly and safely as possible.
Bridgebio is building a leadership team in the rare disease, pediatric neurology space.
Responsibilities Hire, train, develop and lead a team of Rare Disease Account Managers; minimize turnover through retention strategies, engagement and recognition; foster a supportive and team-oriented working environment.
Develop, implement and execute approved business & marketing plans for the region; review data and analysis to respond in a timely manner to local and regional market conditions.
Drive day to day business results.
Working collaboratively with Rare Disease Account Manager in the region, manage customer relationships and implement approved marketing programs/tactics to achieve sales goals.
Effectively lead assigned team; identify, discuss and report business gaps and foster the development of strong customer relationships; maintain a strong working knowledge of the regional business, customers and competition.
Ensure the implementation and appropriate delivery of all marketing and sales tactics.
Monitor all field activities within the region and operate appropriately within compliance guidelines.
Work with the VP of Sales to implement goals and objectives, and adhere to metrics which measure and support the goals.
Provide timely performance feedback and foster a collaborative environment that supports open communication within the team.
Requirements BA/BS degree required.
MBA, advanced degree in life sciences, medical or pharmacy degree preferred Minimum 5 years of rare disease pharmaceutical sales management, preferably in Pediatrics or Neurology Proven experience in quickly building a field team Demonstrated success with building high performing field teams in a true “start-up” environment Experience leading teams in complex niche environments Demonstrated success across multiple drug launches in applicable specialty markets Proven track record of employee development and performance management Ability to travel within the US on a regular basis which may include overnight and weekend travel Valid Driver License Taylor Strategy Partners and its clients are affirmative action/equal opportunity employers (Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled)
