– Defines project objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
– Designs and develops user interfaces to various systems by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle.

Need to have Skills :
– Core AS400 basics with knowledge on these programming languages
– RPG III, RPG IV, CLP, CLLE
– Sound Knowledge on I90 Policy Lifecycle
– Policy Statuses, Standard screens and standard transaction Batch types.
– Sound Knowledge on different I90 Policy Lifecycle, Agents, Cash, Claims, Debtors and their work flow
– Sound Knowledge on I90 Screen and Batch Programming
– PilotCo-Pilot, I90 APIs Utilities, Job Restart ability
– Sound Knowledge on Development and maintenance of I90 Claim generator and Risk generator programs for new products enhancements to existing product lines
– Sound Knowledge on User Security Codes, User Sanctions maintenance and setup, Menu Maintenance and Setup
– and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
– Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
– Updates job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products.
– Supports and develops web application developers by knowledge/expertise sharing.
– Provide analytical support for critical corporate initiatives including business function support for system migrations and consolidations, significant business area process improvement projects and complex product installations.
– Responsible for consulting with business areas and project managers for development of implementation strategies.
– Practice knowledge transfer and foster change management to support organizational changes.
