● Prepare sales and use and excise tax returns
● Update system with new tax rates and/or structures
● Assist in tax audits
● Assist in customer set-ups
● Complete license renewals
● Assist in reconciliation of tax accounts
● Assist in accounting and financial department Qualifications:
● Detailed focused
● Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
● Good organizational skills
● Be proactive in problem solving
● Ability to communicate with both financial and operating management
● Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word)
● Sales and use and excise tax experience helpful.
(will train right person) Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in accounting Minimum 2 yrs experience
