Breast Imaging Radiologist Seeking a BC/BE Breast Imaging Radiologist to join two full time breast imagers at Fortunato Breast Health Center at Northwell’s Mather Hospital in Port Jefferson, NY.
Initial position is part-time, but with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with all aspects of breast imaging, including mammography with tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and breast biopsy procedures.
We are a clinically oriented practice, and pride ourselves on delivering outstanding personalized patient care, with the support of a dedicated staff and nurse navigators.
Our facility is an ACR Breast Imaging Center of Excellence and accredited by the NAPBC.
We work closely with the breast surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and pathologists with interdisciplinary conferences to provide state-of-the-art care.
Mather Hospital has a radiology residency program, and we are integral in teaching breast imaging to the next generation.
