GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The role is responsible for submitting MOPs to facilitate network deployment.
The designated individual must prepare and submit all documentation required for network changes and work with IP engineering, NOC and Operations teams.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES : Updating and maintaining network documentation.
Cross team s coordination and activities.
Submitting network change orders to NOC for implementation.
Supporting lab activities.
Provide technical leadership.
Project Management.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS : Bachelor s Degree required.
4 to 8 years of experience desired.
Previous network planning and design required.
Must have working knowledge of optical design.
DWDM experience.
Expertise in layer 1 and working knowledge of layer 2 and 3.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective organizational and communication.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement.
CCIE, CCNP a plus.
