Role: HelpDesk Support / IT Support / IT Specialist (HBITS-01-10366) Client: OCFS Location: Valhalla, NY 10595.

Duration: 24 months JOB RESPONSIBILITY: 48 months of experience supporting users of SACWIS / CCWIS / CONNECTIONS or equivalent.

48 months of experience providing IT support in Child Welfare environment.

48 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a child welfare environment.

48 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k users) distributed application.

48 months of experience in change management planning and implementing change.

48 months of experience in providing user training or technical assistance in a child welfare environment.

Bachelor s Degree
