Our client, a global private equity firm, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their NYC team In this role you will be managing reception, the office environment, and supporting a group of 5 individuals with administrative support.

We are seeking candidates with at least 1-3 years of administrative experience.

We look forward to hearing from you Some Key Responsibilities: Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

Assisting with calendar management, travel coordination, meeting planning, and expenses.

Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.

Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 1-3 years of administrative support Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail Experience working in a professional services environment
