RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has an immediate need for two Azure Cloud Solution Architects with Azure for Contract positions on the East and West coast that may involve as much as 75 travel in Armonk, NY. Summary Our client is looking for strong CSAs with extensive experience in defining and building solution in Azure. The CSA should have technical depth and strong interpersonal skills. You should be passionate about working with customers to help build applications at scale. Enabling Innovation through Azure services and having breadth across technology stacks with deep hands on skills is a must. The CSA will build architectures provide prescriptive guidance across network, storage, operating systems, virtualization, container platforms, RDBMS NoSQL databases, Analytics, mid-tier technologies that include application integration, in-memory caches, and security. Key Responsibilities Provide Subject Matter Expertise in cloud and hybrid-cloud computing with Azure and related products thereby becoming a trusted advisor to influential decision makers Provide end-to-end technical guidance and expertise on how to effectively use Azure to build solutions for prospects creatively applying cloud infrastructure and platform services to help solve business problems and communicating these approaches to different business audiences in designated industries Work with clients and IBM teams to identify business problems and provide innovative solutions to them while evangelizing and accelerating the adoption of current and future OpenShift technologies Design and implement Google solution architecture with the different products like Google App Engine, BigQuery, Kubernetes Engine, AutoML in discussions with prospective clients, assess architecture needs for projects, work with Development leads and Designers to scope and craft proposals Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, implementation, and testing REQUIREMENTS At least 3 years of experience in Container platforms (K8S, OpenShift, GKE) and Service Mesh (e.g. Istio) At least 2-year experience in architecting in enterprises using Agile methodologies At least 2-year experience in Service Registries, Cloud brokers and management platform At least 2-year experience in designing secure scalable, elastic architectures Experience with public and private cloud architectures with at least 3 years of experience in designing IaaS, PaaS and SaaS architectures Experience in technical consulting, with demonstrated IT experience in in planning, designing and migrating workloadsapplications to Azure Implementation experience with distributed applications with at least 2-year experience in web services technologies i.e. Restful services and stateful and stateless services Software development background with solid understanding of and experience in Software development life cycle (SDLC), DevOps, CICD Development and deployment technologies (e.g. JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory) Relational Databases Cloud Spanner, Cloud SQL NoSQL databases Cloud Bigtable, Cloud Fire store, Firebase Realtime Database, Cloud Memory store Search Technologies Lucene and Elasticsearch Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
