Ref ID: 02640-0011400084 Classification: Accounts Receivable Clerk Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly Accountemps is seeking an experienced, organized Accounts Receivable (A/R) professional.
Some responsibilities of this role consists of entering, posting and reconciling batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, and prepare the aging report.
Other duties can include billing and collection calls, reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing large number of invoices each week.

The perfect candidate must have experience in the AIA billing process and prior A/R experience.

– AIA Billing experience is required
– Billing Statements experience preferred
– Experience with Receiving Payments
– Proven knowledge of cash posting
– Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
– High attention to detail
– 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
– AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
– Reliable skills in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills
