Job description 6 month contract or Contract to Perm Our client, located in Metro NY is seeking a Project Manager in the RD Global Development group to collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive business by leading IT innovation, process improvement, and sustainability initiatives.
Work in close collaboration with key internal teams including IT, RD, product development, package development, package engineering, package testinganalytics and creative.
Develop and execute global projects plans and strategies to deliver business software solutions, automate processes and increase productivity Support corporate initiatives to ensure brand packaging is developed to support quality, creativity and innovation.
Collaborate and engage with consumer insights, clinical testing, RD, and brandcorporate development teams to drive package automation and innovation With the assistance of senior development, provide detailed component timelines including all package development tasks and manage them.
Experience and Technical Skill 10 years experience in IT Project Management with at least 5 years for RD, Package Development, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing or Package Testing lab in a consumer products, Pharmaceutical, or related regulated industry.
Previous experience focused on developing innovative packaging technology solutions Experience creating project plans and timeline templates for application across product launches, continuously improving efficiency and identifying project critical path, milestones, and launch risks Experienced in managing all aspects of a project in large multi-national cross functional organizations utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies Proficiency in computer systems including Package Definition Systems, MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PM tools
