The Accounting Assistant role involves overseeing the daily cash accounting operations, monitoring all daily cash, report any errors, and prepare the weekly deposits for all cash sales.
In addition, the Accounting Assistant will support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, working closely with the Controller and the Director of Finance.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting
– 6 months of relevant experience
– Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable processing experience

– Microsoft Excel experience required
– Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
– 1 years of accounting experience required
